The success of a search assignment directly reflects the strength of the relationship with the client. We treat the client as the hiring authority and ourselves as the recruiting authority. Therefore, we strongly encourage the partnering of our respective authorities to achieve the objective of optimal recruitment and successful selection of “Best in Class”.


We clearly recognize the client perspective and will energetically strive to ensure that candidates are in the strictest possible compliance with client specifications.


We are dedicated to producing results and, therefore, hold ourselves accountable to meet client expectations relating to timing requirements and candidate qualifications. We intend to represent clients, and recruit candidates, in both a responsive and responsible manner.


We are committed to the client cause and, therefore, will recruit and present candidates for a specific client assignment and only that specific client assignment. We will never engage in the “parallel processing” of candidates between or among different clients.


We understand and will maintain the necessary flexibility to meet client adjustments in assignment timing and/or scope. Flexibility is simply the reality of today’s business world.
